Basic Requirements: **READ FIRST**

The Experience:

- We look favorably upon applicants with (11/12) ICC 25 Hardmode Experience.
- Experience of the Lich King Hardmode encounter in 10 or 25 man is prefereable.
- Raiding achivements and Pre-ICC / WOTLK and BC content is also valued & respected.
- High achivement points are also given merit.

The Guild:

Firstly you must know that you are joining a 'End Content Raiding Guild', our main goal is to clear all instances as swiftly as possible on a weekly basis with minimal amount of fuss.

Our absolute focus is creating enjoyable raids at set times/days with the guild, so we can progress at a steady pace.

The Player:

- You must love to play your main and know how to play your class inside-out and do your best to help the guild.
- We expect players to better themself by obtaining 264-284 Item Level Gear (badge/crafted/BoE/Loot).
- Take pride in your character, by using Enchants, Gems, Glyphs, Buckles, Leg-Kits and all stat increasing items.
- Best-in-slot items using the optimal gear setups and reading class mechanics is strongly advised.

The Raids:

- To become a full Member of Starlight you must first go through a Trial Period.
- You should attend 3/3 raids and you must give 100% in any raid that you do join.
- Being prepared with Consumables, Flasks, Potions, Food is a must (in 25man raids FishFeasts will be provided).
- You must have 100% Durability before joining any raid.
- When in Pugs, you must conduct yourself in a respectable manner at all times, to ensure that the guild's good reputation is maintained.
- Any former raiding experience is most desirable, vanilla players welcome.
- Do NOT accept invite or join any raid which you will not be able to attend. You must be trust worthy.
- You need to have VT installed (having a mic and using it)!
- We are not her to boost your alts or achivement points!

The Person:

- You must be looking for a decent end content raiding guild.
- Willing to help others, its an MMO so it pays to be a nice person.
- Must respect one another, we are all equal and only as strong as our weakest asset.
- It helps to have a chilled-out social personality, no nerd-rage or emoness!
- We don't want robots, you need enough RAM to laugh and have abit of fun =)
