Your Motivation

- Who is your current Guild? None.
- Why do/did you want to leave your current/previous Guild? The guild was very split in terms of people’s maturity and raiding motivation. Some wanted to be quite hardcore and some wanted to be relaxed. Some people were trade spammers and others were very mature. This began to have a very negative effect on our raiding, especially in 25 mans. There was two particular members who kept spamming and doing immature things in guild chat, and kept getting away with it. After 2 years, I’d had enough, although it meant leaving some friends behind.
- Who do you know in Starlight? None I’m afraid.
- Why do you want to join Starlight & Expectations? To raid as a unit, and feel that everyone is pulling their weight rather than feeling that you’re boosting some people, that’s what your current progression + raid times tell me. To raid end game content and therefore play to the best of my ability. To be able to “rest” on non-raid days and come fully focused to the few raid days you have, giving me great flexibility with my work. To be in a guild with a great social and friendly atmosphere.

- During your childhood, What was your favorite comic character? Can’t really say I had one :O
- What do you think about BLACK People? They’re black? So I heard anyway.
- Anything else we need to know? I’m a very keen raider, and take it quite seriously but will always have a laugh. I’m nice and social as long as it doesn’t cross the boundaries of trade/general/guild spam.
No raids done yet in Cataclysm, left my old guild before they started raiding for the reason aforementioned. However, I pick up tactics very quickly, and use a lot of logic in my raiding. I am always looking to optimize myself by reading forums/theorycrafting sites to check up on how to improve my gameplay.
